Service Description
This test is a federal regulated drug test required for employees in safety-sensitive positions under the department of Transportation ( DOT) guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as its 24hrs before your appointment time with no charge. If it's after 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 reschedule fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
