Do you charge for travel since your services are mobile?

At Top Level Testing, our goal is to provide fast and accurate DNA testing while valuing your time and convenience. As part of our commitment to customer service, we do charge a $50 additional fee for travel within a 25-mile radius and service area (Northwest Indiana). Anything out that radius will be an extra fee and need to be discuss prior to booking.  We also have an office based out of Gary, Indiana with no extra charge for in office appointments. This allows us to deliver our high-quality testing services directly to your preferred location without incurring extra costs. For locations outside our standard service area, minimal travel fees may apply based on the distance and specific circumstances. Please contact our customer service team for detailed information and to confirm whether your location falls within our no-charge travel zone. We're here to ensure your testing experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

According to DOT regulations, once a collection process begins, the individual has up to three hours to provide an adequate specimen. During this time, you must remain at the testing facility, under the supervision of our trained staff, who will offer you up to 40 ounces of fluid to help you produce the necessary sample. If you still cannot produce an adequate specimen within this timeframe, the test will be marked as a "shy bladder," and additional steps may be required, including notifying your employer. Our goal at Top Level Testing is to ensure a seamless and respectful testing process, so we will provide support to help you comply with regulations while valuing your time and comfort.
