Please note that for each additional child that needs testing, there is an additional fee per child.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as its 24hrs before your appointment time with no charge. If it's after 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 reschedule fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
